1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at http://hawkriggfarm.co.uk (“Website”) and the booking and stay at Hawkrigg Farm (“Property”). By using our Website and services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Booking Process
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2.2 To secure a booking, we require a Good Housekeeping Bond of £750.
2.4 Prices displayed include VAT at the current rate.
2.5 We reserve the right to amend prices due to errors or omissions.
3. Cancellation Process
3.1 Cancellations are subject to owners discretion
3.4 We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 We do not accept liability for damage to or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
4.2 We do not accept liability for any injury, disease, or illness sustained by guests during their stay.
4..3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
5. Force Majeure
We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, or failure of power supply.
Complaints
Any complaints should be brought to our attention immediately so that we can attempt to rectify the matter. If we are unable to resolve the matter during your stay, please write to us within 14 days of departure.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
